2. Do you have a secure payment gateway?

As far as the payment is concerned, DrTaffi deals with the PayPal platform, the worldwide leader platform for the online transactions. Thanks to this platform, you will be able to to pay through your PayPal account, without giving your credit card number or, if you want, by means of the principal credit cards, such as VISA, Carta Sì, American Express, Aura, Mastercard etc. Finally, thanks to PayPal you have the chance to stop the transaction in case you think that the product or the service is unfit to what expected. Alternatively, DrTaffi offers you the opportunity to pay safely through bank transfer or to pay cash on delivery.

3. Can I return a product purchased on your website?

Of course you can! Any purchased product can be easily and quickly returned. It is sufficient to send an e-mail to returns@drtaffi.com providing the purchase number of the item you want to return. The item must be sent to Dr. Taffi, Via S. Pertini 17, Cecina. The sender/customer is charged of the shipment costs and the sent-back item must be intact and not used. Once DrTaffi has received the item and checked its good conditions, they will manage to send to you the replacing item or to make a refund of the payed amount of money.

4. How many days do I have to wait to receive my purchased item?

Dr. Taffi works with the most reliable courier services, in order to guarantee the item delivery to his customers within 24 – 48 hours. This scheduled time can vary on the basis of the day in which the order has been done (during the weekend all the courier services do not work) or the so called “awkward” places to reach, which could need also 24 hours more to be reached.
